Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all personal data collected through the Device or its associated web systems. It does not apply to websites not operated or managed by the Company.


Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data

Web Version

  • Data Collected: Email, login account, purchase records, IP address, payment method, contact details.
  • Purpose: To enable login, order tracking, customer service, marketing analytics, and security.
  • Retention: Three years after account termination; data will then be anonymized.

iOS / Android App

  • Data Collected: Device ID, OS version, image data, analysis records, and survey responses.
  • Purpose: To provide analysis results, historical comparison, and service improvement.
  • Sharing: Users may voluntarily share analysis results via QR code; no external sharing without consent.
  • Retention: Three years after service termination, followed by anonymization.

LINE Official Account

  • Data Collected: LINE user ID, nickname, and chat records.
  • Purpose: Automated responses, personalized replies, and promotional messaging.
  • Statement: We do not access your phone number or any unauthorized data.

Messenger / Instagram

  • Data Collected: Facebook account name, User ID, Picture URL, Access Token.
  • Purpose: Customer support and interaction analysis.

WeChat

  • Data Collected: Account name, User ID, and chat records.
  • Purpose: Customer inquiries, after-sales, and technical support.

Social Platform Authorizations

Instagram / Messenger

Used for authentication, interaction, and notifications; compliant with Meta’s Data Use Policy, including Deauthorization and Data Deletion Callbacks.

LINE

Used for LINE Login authentication and Messaging API services; compliant with LINE Developer Terms. Unlinking or blocking serves as revocation of authorization.

WeChat

Used for OAuth login, customer service, and notifications; compliant with Tencent’s platform requirements. Deauthorization and data deletion processes are available through public endpoints.


Data Protection

  • SSL/TLS encryption and firewall protection implemented.
  • Only authorized personnel may access data under confidentiality agreements.
  • Image data stored in encrypted form, inaccessible externally.
  • Client data is segregated and securely managed.
